Hi, I’m Naomi.

A few years ago, life took an unexpected turn when my brother John, an adult with Down syndrome, came to live with me after we lost both of our parents. Overnight, I went from being his sister to becoming his caregiver, advocate, biggest cheerleader, and sometimes the target of his sass.

What started as a way to share our everyday life has grown into an incredible community of people from all over the world who celebrate John for exactly who he is. Together, we’re showing that adults with Down syndrome deserve opportunities, independence, meaningful relationships, and the chance to live full, joyful lives.

Our content is a mix of laughter, real life, and the everyday moments that make a family a family. You’ll see us teasing each other, tackling new adventures, learning life skills, and navigating the challenges that come with caregiving—all while keeping faith, family, and a good sense of humor at the center of it all.

Beyond creating content, I’m passionate about changing the conversation around disability and helping other families see what’s possible. Whether we’re partnering with brands that genuinely improve the lives of people with disabilities or simply sharing another day in our lives, our mission remains the same:
