Sister * Founder * Creator * StorytellerNaomi is the creator behind My Brother John DP and Co social media platforms. After becoming John’s caregiver in 2020, she began sharing their family’s everyday life to show the world what’s possible when adults with Down syndrome are empowered to live with independence, dignity, and purpose. Through authentic storytelling, humor, and advocacy, she’s built a community dedicated to changing the conversation around disability.

John is the heart of My Brother John DP. His quick wit, contagious laugh, and larger-than-life personality have captured the hearts of hundreds of thousands of people around the world. Whether he’s trying something new, keeping everyone on their toes with his legendary one-liners, or reminding us all to find joy in the little things, John proves every day that life is meant to be lived to the fullest.

Known to everyone as Hopie, Carolyn is the calm in the middle of the family’s beautiful chaos. She’s often behind the scenes helping with filming, caring for John, brainstorming content, and stepping in whenever Naomi needs support. Her love for family and eye for creativity help keep everything running smoothly.
